Example Use Case Credentials Reminder
To help speed up the resolution of support tickets and increase your customer confidence you want to ensure that your support team have all of the required details to diagnose and resolve a customers query. Your already forwarding users directly to the credentials form after ticket submission but some users still fail to add credentials for the support team. This means added delays in resolving the support ticket because your support team have to manually ask the customer for the credentials. With the example WSC Ticket Updater below, if the customer does not fill out the credentials form, WSC will remind the user to provide credentials.
This example posts a credentials reminder message if a customer fails to add credentials at ticket submission. It should be configured to post 5 minutes after submission to tickets on the "open" status.
Configure Updater
This example posts an update to tickets advising that the ticket is being closed due to inactivity. It should be configured for tickets on the "Answered" ticket status after 8 hours. The ticket status should be updated to "Closed".Configure Updater
Automatically Collect Credentials
The credentials form will be displayed after ticket submission to these departments. This feature works on all credentials forms. If you enable this feature, any ticket submitted to the departments selected above will be shown the credentials form pinned to that department at submission.
